As part of the Earth System Science Program, our Ph.D. student Denizhan Güven, under the supervision of Prof. Dr. M. Özgür Kayalıca and co-supervision of Prof. Dr. Ömer Lütfi Şen, will defend his doctoral dissertation titled “An Agent-Based Approach to Assess the Impact of Electricity Generation on Carbon Emissions.” The defense will take place on Thursday, March 20, 2025, at 09:00 AM in the Prof. Dr. Aral Okay Conference Hall at the Eurasia Institute of Earth Sciences building.
